Design that comes from the job site
Our team has not only drawn pools, irrigation systems and gardens – we have built and serviced them. That is why hydraulics, equipment and the construction sequence are part of the design from day one.
Garden and landscape construction is part of the registered business purpose of IWA BETON OHG. The design work is done by an established team of engineers and designers.

Services
Pool design
Layout, reinforced concrete structure, hydraulics, plant room and equipment selection: pumps, filters, heating, salt chlorination, dosing.
Irrigation design
Zoning, sprinklers and drip, hydraulic calculation, controllers and borehole pumps – with a bill of materials for Rain Bird or Hunter.
Landscape design
Concept, zoning, paths, planting and lighting plans, 2D drawings and 3D visuals.
Water treatment
Equipment selection based on water analysis: filtration, softening, reverse osmosis up to 1 m³/h – for house, pool and irrigation.
Quantity take-offs and estimates
Quantities from your drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, including reinforced concrete, foundations and hardscape, delivered in Excel.
MEP design in Revit
Plumbing, drainage and ventilation for residential and commercial buildings, as a Revit model and drawings.
Design review and second opinion
We review third-party pool and irrigation designs and quotes and deliver a written report: risks, errors, recommendations.
Construction consulting and remote supervision
Schedule, budget, trade coordination and checks of each construction stage via photos and video.

About permits
We provide design development and construction documents. Where a permit requires a locally licensed professional's stamp, your local engineer or architect of record reviews and signs the drawings.
